Contemporary Extension Program

The brand new Commercial Extension Program (CEP) is a unique training program for young, talented students who wish to refine their contemporary technique. The CEP has been carefully designed to nurture and develop the talent in promising young dancers.

 

The CEP Program will included elite level training in Contemporary and Lyrical along with complementary genres such as Jazz & Broadway etc. The new CEP will also include experiences such as mock auditions, performance opportunities and technique courses exploring contemporary technique such as Horton, Cunningham and more. This program will allow students who may be considering pursuing a career in the contemporary dance field, an opportunity to extend their technique and also to prepare them for further dance study.

  • Admission to the CEP Program is by application/audition.

  • CEP  students must also attend at a minimum of Snr Open, Snr KLT, Snr Contemporary, Snr Jazz, Snr Tap, Snr stretch addition to the set CEP class. 

  • CEP students are also expected to be available to commit to group performances throughout the year - these will be advised in advance.

Glenbrook Ballet Theatre is a dance stuio that offers high-quality ballet and dance lessons for children and adults in the Blue Mountains, Glenbrook, Blaxland, Penrith, and Glenmore Park areas. Our programs cater to all ages and skill levels, from beginners to advanced dancers, including Adults & Silver Swans. With experienced instructors and a structured curriculum, we focus on developing technique, artistry, and discipline. Join us for professional dance training in a supportive environment."
